Join us in the Listening Hour Circle!
The Listening Hour Circle is a way to pause and take a breath, and a way to connect with others through sharing stories.
What is in your heart that you would like to share? Listening Hour Circles are intentionally done in small groups. Some circles have themes, and others do not; the stories are threads. Listening Hour Circles are held monthly, online. In-person listening Hours and training available.

She has a private practice working with groups using the expressive arts to support healing from intergenerational and ancestral trauma.
