Visual Journaling – An Online Series

February 2 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm EST

Visual Journaling is a wonderful and integrative blend of image, word, and reflection that creates space for healing, clarity, and emotional insight. Designed for individuals seeking personal growth and clinicians wanting to bring more creative tools into their practice, these courses provide accessible, trauma-informed guidance on using visual art as a pathway to self-awareness.

A visual journal is like a regular journal — private, personal, judgment-free — with fun art supplies and mixed media thrown in. It incorporates collage, paint, photos, drawing, and writing.

Over 4 weekly sessions, participants will be able to tap into their imaginative and creative selves, quiet the critic, and explore new ways to use new and recycled media.
Mondays, February 2, 9, 16, 23 from 3pm to 5pm.

$80.00 for the series.

Open to all.
